I've been back. But, the material others have posted is far more interesting than my contributions may have been. It's a busy time of year for me. And, I'm not on FT daily. More stuff coming, when time allows.

I've never been across the bridge at DMK. Is there anything noteworthy to try over there? I see there's an American style bar at the Amari.
Any advice for taking a train to/from DMK?
