It still asks you if you want a Picture on your Plastic Card (that is sooo old and before Chip & Signature era). Do people notice this when applying?

Thanks for the data point. Just to confirm I'm not misreading, you used a mailer and were approved after your previous card had converted to WE?
And no, I don't think I've ever been prompted for a picture on one of these cards.
