Anyone attending the race this year? I've worked and attended the race in prior years but not this year: It's going to be crazy busy on Sunday for those that attend the race.
For the first time in its history the event is sold out: Suites, reserved seating, general admission tickets (infield area) are sold out. Estimated attendance: ?~360,000?
In previous years (except 1945 and 1950) the race isn't available on local Indianapolis television until 700p Sunday evening. Due to sell out it will be live on WRTV/ABC.
Monday, May 30, 2016 estimated outbound IND passengers: ~17,000 (2nd highest since new terminal opened in 2008 - highest was the day after the 2012 Super Bowl)
Forecast: 83 degrees / 30% chance of rain
