Milestone 2: spend $15,500 total and earn 46,000 more award miles
Milestone 3: spend $19,500 total and earn 77,000 more award miles
For reference current 2016 from Jan 1 through yesterday ~$16,500 PQD, 66 PQS, ~77,000 PQM... All domestic save for one CLE-SYD/MEL-CLE trip, so clearly the offer is heavily influenced by spend.
My understanding is that that is for travel booked on/after today and flown before the end of November; existing reservations and prior spend don't count, unless I wanted to go through cancel/refund/rebook which honestly isn't worth the hassle, IMO

In past years I would have said not a chance in heck of my hitting any of those targets. But in past years if I told myself I'd have 100k PQM, let alone by the end of June I would have laughed at myself. This year... Within the realm of possibility but not a given.
