From my experience it is a stock comment they make for every cabin seat/row which is closest to the lavs. Not something to get too excited about
Haven't been on a 777 much, but I did not find even 1A to be too bad, even if its position does make it more likely to be in the line of galley noise. I would guess the middle seats will be fine.
