Dinner- Main: Grilled chicken breast with coriander sauce, roasted potatoes, broccoli florets and butternut squash or Seared AAA Karan beef fillet with coriander jus, celeriac mash, French beans, carrots, peppers and red onion
- Dessert: Chocolate ganache cake with passion-fruit coulis

I can't remember what the breakfast was, but I seem to recall that it was actually a hot breakfast. I do however remember the (unusually) excellent steak, and the exemplary performance of the cabin crew member that led me to have a chat with the CSM before arrival.
