I can't see NH, DL AND JL all running SEA-TYO and making any money at it.
I think JL would come out ahead in the end, with onward connects at both ends. DL gets blocked in NRT and with limited feed to/from SEA, while NH lost their feeders from UA. It's just a matter of taking the hits in the beginning.
Oh, and probably an SS8 would be required.
