They do not, but note that you cannot transfer to her Membership Rewards account. You must transfer directly to one of her airline or hotel accounts which you will be able to
link to your Membership Rewards account once you have ordered a supplementary card in her name. You need not actually give her the card, it need never be used. Discussion here:
