I doubt anybody other than emergency personnel are flying in right now - but plenty of people need to get out and not everyone has a full tank of gas. It is a very isolated place with limited options for refueling for several hundred miles.
Also on CBC this morning, they've got fuel tanker trucks driving up to Ft. Mac so that they can turn around, drive along the evacuation routes and refuel cars that have run out of gas.
Have to imagine the same will be true at YMM before long.
