The better hotels such as the Venetian supply very effective air purifiers so even smoking rooms smell clean (fabrics not full of smoke, etc.). I don't smoke and had a special suite which was only available as smoking and it would qualify as a non-smoking room (this was at the Sheraton). Think you will be fine, even the public areas are not bad despite smoking being so prevalent. A lot better than most smoking countries.
