Does DL want to move to T3 though? They have a big operation in T4 that enables them to offer flights with simple intra terminal connections to Europe on AF and KL (and vice versa of course) plus to all the other Skyream partners (bar 1) and that may be a bigger consideration to them than sharing facilities at T3 with VS.
How much connecting traffic does DL really have to SkyTeam partners though? I would think that most people would prefer to fly nonstop to AMS or CDG. Looking at the SkyTeam airlines at T4, all the major ones have flights to the US. I don't buy that as being the reason for DL not fully changing to T3.
