Ugh - same frustration last week. Transfered over to T3 after my international arrival and headed to the big "TSA Pre" sign. Showed the person there my boarding pass, who said "no Precheck here...go to check point 7" and went back to checking boarding passes. I had to flag down another employee to ask "where the heck is check point 7??"
Why have the big TSA Pre sign posted if there's no bloddy TSA Pre there?!? Sigh...<deep breaths>...
