Any Issue with Interline combined with Long Layover?

Hi. In June and July, I'm going (with my family) on an open-jaw ticket from DC to Southeast Asia. It's just one ticket. We're going IAD-YYZ(AC)-HKG(AC)-CNX(Dragonair) and returning PNH-ICN(Korean Air)-YYZ(AC)-IAD(AC).

I'm figuring that the interline agreement will be fine on my way out, assuming that we land on time, because there's 2 hours between the AC flight into Hong Kong and the ensuing Dragonair flight to Chiang Mai.

My question is the return. Our Korean Air flight from Phnom Penh lands in Incheon at 6:30am, and we leave on AC at 3:15pm. We'd rather not get our luggage if we don't have to, but is there any reason why we may need to re-check it due to the long layover?

Thanks for your knowledge/experience.
