I don't know if they still offer it but when I stayed at the Royal Orchid, we took a boat back to the airport. It was expensive but we avoided alot of the traffic. The boat connected with a shuttle bus for the last short leg of the trip. It was fun--they had FA's on the boat & (!) a bar.
