GU Success
I booked 2 tickets DTW-PEK , with return PVG-DTW for SEPTEMBER 2016 ,
Ticketed in Dec. 2015 . The outbound UGs cleared within a week .
Called 5 times checking on the return , always told to wait.
Last week return GUs cleared for the PVG-DTW flight in 747 after talking to
DM line. They did not clear automatically like stated many times by CS.
Very happy With the final outcome !
Also able to use GU at last minute for flight DTW-DUB in JAN. 2016
