Unfortunately, until HAL builds the inter-terminal airside transfers train, you will have to re-clear security when changing terminals.
But BA could provide it's own inter-terminal post security transfers bus, when Virgin had Little Red, an airside bus would meet arriving domestic passengers and take them from T1/2 to T3 without having to re-clear security if they were connecting.
