So, a family member logged into their AmEx account and it shows all of the accounts as being closed. When I was FR'ed years ago my accounts showed as being "suspended" ... he called AmEx who transferred him to the 'manager assigned to handle the case' but has been unable to reach that manager so far.
Any idea if this is a FR or more like a permanently terminated relationship?
