ZRH - BKK
Recently flew ZRH- BKK and enjoyed the SWISS Taste of Switzerland offering from restaurant Schlussel Oberwil.
I added some pictures of the menu and the food. As starter I had the Smoked trout and char with Oberwil lavender honey dressing and Bulgur Salad. As main, I enjoyed the Grilled John Dory with tomato cream sauce, Meditterean vegetable tartlet with feta. I also made a picture of the Beef tenderloin.
Dessert was Strawberry crumb cake with Basler Läckerli
