Per my 1987 OAG, here is a listing of the long distance flights (over 3000 miles) that were being operated into Paris Orly:

DELTA L-1011 – Atlanta
AMERICAN 767 – Chicago
AMERICAN 767 – Dallas
SINGAPORE 747 – Dubai
PAKISTAN 747 – Dubai
CAMEROON AIRLINES 747 – Douala
AIR FRANCE 747 – Fort de France
KENYA AIRWAYS A310 – Mombasa
AMERICAN 767 – New York JFK
CONTINENTAL DC-10 – New York EWR
PAKISTAN 747 – New York JFK
EGYPTAIR 747 – New York JFK
AIR FRANCE 747 – Pointe-à-Pitre

Many other foreign airlines from Europe, North Africa, South America and Mexico also served Orly. The South American and Mexican airlines, AR & AM respectively, flew in from Madrid. South African flew in from Sal Island (2600 miles)
