9:00pm here in Alaska. It's time for an ice cold Long Hammer IPA, some roasted almonds. It's also time to clear some of these questions off the board...

57. In 1987 there were three cities in the state of Nevada that benefitted from scheduled jet flights. Identify the three cities and the single airline that served all three of them.
PARTIALLY ANSWERED: The cities are Las Vegas, Reno and Elko. The airline wasn't United or Casino Express.

The airline was Royal West. It served LAS, RNO & EKO with a fleet of BAe-146 aircraft as well as a single 727-51 leased from Pacific Interstate Airlines (Picture HERE) Las Vegas and Reno saw service from a variety of predominantly Pacific coastal cities. Elko was served via a single daily nonstop from Las Vegas.

59. Back in 1969, Darwin, Australia was well served from Sydney with five nonstop flights per week, all of them operated with 707s from either BOAC or Qantas. In late 1987, passengers desiring to fly between SYD and DRW had a choice of two flights per week operated by a single airline. Identify the airline and the aircraft used.
