What are you guys saying to have these bonuses offered? I have an Amex Plat (since 2013) and I've spoken with them via email and phone a couple times and only ever been offered 7000 MR points (close to 50K spend last year). Is it just a matter of HUACA? Or do I actually have to request the cancellation and not just say I'm thinking about it
