My Kate was up today but when I swiped serve card, there was the normal beep but then it doesn't go to the next step. This happened for two One VIP cards that haven't been shut down and it worked fine last Friday.
Any ideas whats going on? Is the reader bad or is there Amex network/communication issue?
Just loaded fine at rite aid.
