The seatguru map doesn't seem to be completely consistent with the information in this thread (hence the discussion). For example, the OP mentions USB/AC power in every economy seat, whereas seatguru does not (which is noted in the OP).
I don't fly Y or PE, sorry. I just look at the seatmap and if there's wifi. Recently I did YYZ TPE on a 77M, and I knew it was a 77M because it was a 77N seatmap with wifi.
