Am I correct that there is no premium arrivals lounge or AC courtesy access? If not, which AC is suggested for a 1-day pass purchase?

They may let you in if you show your arriving BP. I've not been turned down personally. That said, I'd buy a day pass to the Centurion Lounge long before I'd buy one for the AC.
