Yes and Yes.

I have eaten at many high end restaurants. Generally, they have produced the most long-lasting memories due to the novelty of the dishes and the $ at the end.

However, it takes culinary genius to produce great food with less expensive ingredients and without a brigade of well trained sous chefs and line cooks. So, props to the restaurants who produce great food at a reasonable price too.

Down with the expensive restaurants who don't deliver. Spiaggia...are you listening?
