http://www.heathrow.com/shops-and-re...-a-z/sim-local at Heathrow, they also have SIM vending machines at Terminal 2 at the baggage claim. You can get an O2 from almost any shop/store or petrol station so they are not hard to come by, ie. it doesn't have to be an O2 store/kiosk per se.
