Downgraded?
I still have the Visa Platinum Select version, I do remember getting the mail leaflet about a change coming, however, I do not remember what it was to, but it had the grayish color that the mastercard does.
Anyway, I log onto my account today and I have a new account showing up with AAdvantage Gold Visa. The last four numbers are different then my current Visa and the current Visa is still showing up in my account. Has anyone else had this experience recently or in the past?
And before it is asked, I have not applied for any Citi cards recently.
