While Qantas website stated that the "First Lounge" opens from 0630 to 2330, maybe I know which one is correct?

I am travelling this Thursday from SAN->LAX and then from LAX->NRT, thru Terminal 4, layover from 0730 till 1130. I am willing to make the trip from T4 to TBIT to try out the "Qantas First" lounge. I just want to make sure that it is indeed open.
