Well, the whole discussion (pretty much) on this thread is about the same thing, "this card being churnable again and again and again......"

I have not heard of any credit card company "clawing back" bonus miles after they have been awarded / credited on Airline account. They might just not award them in case they believe you are not eligible, but claw back is too far fetch.
