I wish you good luck to share a ride with someone at VRA, you are going to have a challenge.
Casa's work on a first come first basis. I know many who booked and when they arrived no casa. The owners need money in hand and whomever arrives first gets the casa.
Why not book Vedado hotel is you are willing to pay 80 per night?
