You need to get on to this. If your flights are AA metal, not so much of a concern because AA can create award space for you. But for partners, if they don't receive payment in time they can cancel the seats (even though the reservation may still show). Can be more difficult to get those seats back.
There was a problem. Luckily I still had the flights on hold. Can't understand why I didn't get at least an email informing me of the problem.
All sorted now.
