18 hour layover in OVB
I found a flight from HKG to PRG with an 18 hour layover in OVB.
I know generally it doesn't matter and the airport is probably 24hours, but I checked the website and it says transfer over 4 hours must go through arrivals, customs, etc.
If I only have carry on will I be able to just hang out in the terminal since I won't have a russian visa. Russian visa regs say you can stay in an airport for 24 hours.
Has anyone had a layover in OVB longer than 4 hours? What is the procedure?
