1) Maybe 5 seconds per tag? I don't think eliminating the priority tag would add up to any substantial time savings over the course of a day for a ticket agent.
2) The problem now is to make sure that the automation correctly codes the bags. I've been bags that should've been priority not get the status, including my own.
