Trustmark and all the other banks used to fund short term deposits with 60 day rollover IRA money

The ability to Smurf rollover IRAs and bank accounts to move great rivers of funds through points earning debit cards (aka debit card farming) made great contributions to the recapitalization of the broken banking system during the Great Recession. Sadly, changes in IRS regs finally killed Papa Smurf.
