You might get lucky but Chase normally has a looooong memory. The rule is 24 months from the time of the bonus posting. This usually happens 2-4 months after you receive your card. "...who received a new cardmember bonus for this credit card within the last 24 months." A 25-26 month wait from application date would be safer. Even thought they have no record of your card I'd guess they can still see when the last bonus posted by looking at your SWA acct. (so can you).
