JAL not answering phones in US
I have tried 4 times to call JL to reserve a meal for a trip in F in Feb. each time I have called I've been on hold over 20 minutes and the line is not answered. I have to hang up as I don't have time to be on hold for so long.
I am calling 800-525-3663
What is going on with JL in the US? Is this related to not being able to do anything on their US web site? Very very poor customer service.
