Flew 1/5 (yesterday) ICN-SFO. Upper deck.
The only courses I eat are appetizers and dessert. The ice cream sundae out of SFO on Pacific routes is good because they use a fudgy chocolate sauce. The sundaes out of ICN/NRT/HKG all are bad -- is that Hershey's chocolate sauce? the ice cream was hard as a rock.
And, why can't United serve champagne before the flight? they served prosecco on the ground and Nicholas Feuillatte champagne during the flight.
