Does anyone know what airlines have codesharing with either Aloha or Hawaiian? I thought UA or AA did, but I can't find those flight numbers.

I'd like to be able to buy a LIH-HNL ticket via either AA.com or UAL.com, but I can't figure out how to do it.

What about other airlines? Is there any way to pick up an interisland ticket via a major airline site and earn booking-bonus miles? (Hawaiian/Aloha Miles themselves would be worthless to me.)

Okay, I should have been more specific...

About one year ago, I recall having a ticket for a flight with a number like AA 5985. It was a flight from OGG to HNL, operated by Hawaiian. It also had a number like HA 185. I could look in my electronic timetable and view a whole bunch of "AA 59XX" flights that were really Hawaiian Airlines interisland flights.

I distinctly remember earning AAdvantage miles for the flight, but forget whether I booked at HA.com or AA.com.

Now, I can't even find those 59XX flights.

Did AA break off ties with HA?
