You can not combine those benefits to check two free bags. And be sure to read the terms and conditions - it's a bag on domestic flights only, I suspect.
(I doubt your card is "Citi Executive Plantinum" - there is no such card - there's a Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive World EliteTM MasterCard®.
