Thanks for the replies... all the hotels around here (SoFla) are on the expensive side, even the Hampton by the turnpike is at $150+ for the last few days of the year. It's not that big of a deal for me, I've been Diamond for a number of years but if I don't make it to start 2016 I'm not going to lose much sleep over it... just thought there may have been others in a similar situation and wanted to see what happened.
