Looks like cognac is missing from the list of spirits available at least TATL.
I used to get Courvoisier vsop, but last time I was offered a mini of Courvoisier "C"

Winter 2015 (no chef listed)

Appetizer:
Antipasto Misto: Grilled and marinated eggplant, prosciutto-basil rotola,
carrot caponata, lentil spread with citrus zest and crostini

Tricolor salad: with radicchio, endive, arugula, apricots,
parmesan cheese and spiced pecans
served with warm bread and parmesan dip

Main Course:
Filet of Beef
dijon roasted and garlic-crusted beef tenderloin, sweet potato
and fontina gratin, sauteed spinach with raisins and pine nuts

Cedar Planked Salmon
seasoned with honey balsamic glaze and shiitake mushrooms
served with roasted shiitake and arugula salad

Penne Pasta
with basil pesto, sauteed broccoli rabe and marinated grape tomatoes

Dessert:
Selection of New World Cheeses: sonoma dry jack, point reyes blue and got cheese with fennel spice
offered with fresh fruit.

Dark Chocolate Gelato

Wines:
Jack Jesse Sauvignon Blanc

Patz & Hall Pinot Noir

Segura Viudas Brut Reserva
Salmon was yummie, well accompanied by the sauvignon. Icecream was good too.
