Looks like cognac is missing from the list of spirits available at least TATL.
I used to get Courvoisier vsop, but last time I was offered a mini of Courvoisier "C"

and fontina gratin, sauteed spinach with raisins and pine nuts
Cedar Planked Salmon
seasoned with honey balsamic glaze and shiitake mushrooms
served with roasted shiitake and arugula salad
Penne Pasta
with basil pesto, sauteed broccoli rabe and marinated grape tomatoes
Dessert:
Selection of New World Cheeses: sonoma dry jack, point reyes blue and got cheese with fennel spice
offered with fresh fruit.

Salmon was yummie, well accompanied by the sauvignon. Icecream was good too.
