I just landed from VLC in 2F2 and got passport-checked.
I don't know if they made changes to the distribution of flights between 2F1 and 2F2, but departures at least seem as mixed up as usual, so the "targeted flights" excuse may be a way to make this "communication event" a little more credible...
It took me 45 minutes to go through, as the booths are clearly understaffed. Typical passport control but at least done with politeness.
ADP organization was crap. They did not control destinations before sending connecting passengers to the booths, and passengers with a connecting flight in K gates who could use the tunnel and clear immigration there were sent to the same line as others, but refused by police and sent back to the connection tunnel.
Of course, no SkyPriority line.
