Too lazy too Google it but I think the 787 is pressurized around 6,000 ft and other airplanes are about 8,000 ft. I might be wrong.

I flew EZE-MEX last week on AeroMexico for the first time in J on a 787 and I will admit that I slept almost the entire ride, did not have any sinus issues (which I have on every plane all the time), and woke up without feeling why dehydration.

It's my only time in J on a 787 but from my experience they obviously did SOMETHING with the pressure cuz I slept so well! (I've only been in J on 777, 747, A330, A380, 767, & now a 787).
