Floor plan of hotel rooms (here 6th floor (of 8), assume others are the same):

You can see from the below picture that the view towards the beach (waterfront) is not available from any room or the sky lounge bar as there is a very large straight wall separating the private flats at the front from the hotel behind…you can see the windows of the 8th floor sky lounge bar in the middle of this photo. This side has no seating outside but a small walkway for smokers…the other side (facing the park and balloon) will have an outdoor seating area but this is still being worked on)…sky lounge seating is limited and you need to reserve in advance as non residents can also book and do…they do not hold any reserve back for hotel guests (my only negative of this hotel so far)…there is a booking form on the website I am told and also worth knowing that there is no food in the sky lounge bar until Feb. sometime…

Breakfast was outstanding, not only in choice and quality but also presentation as well as staff ^^^

The best way to welcome the morning: (note the proper cappuccino from a barista machine, not an automatic machine)

Sorry about the size of this thread due to the pics but hope it shows how great this hotel is and an excellent addition to the UK inventory we can choose from.
