Things havent changed much at MH apart from the northward ticket prices. To be fair the KL sentral ticketing became a ghost town after March 2014 (geez its almost 2 years(!))- just by pure numbers it wouldnt make sense to maintain it. One thing they really need to do quick is to invest in quality call centers and IT solutions!
PS: Does this also mean that emirates has more ticketing offices than MH in KL?
