It just turned 387 and will be 390 before the end of the year.
I did a thorough calculation about a year ago and now I have it in my Instagram account, updating the number whenever I visit something new. It's become a bit of a gimmick.
There are about 1500 airport lounges in the world so I have passed 25% now.
