My offer has a total of 58k points at stake. On the spectrum of difficulty from "Easy" to "Medium" to "Hard", I rate my goals as a medium challenge to achieve. A few of them I'll get from my normal stay pattern-- which is nice. Promos should reinforce existing customer relationships. A few of the goals would require me to stretch a bit. That's good, too; promos should encourage customers to buy more. And none of my goals are laughably out of reach. Promos backfire when they cause customers to say, "Ha ha, no. I'll take my business elsewhere."
