I wish this were the case. At the rate the wife spends on Christmas and personal, there is no need for a GC.
BTW, audible/prime/etc. subscriptions always renew in December for us. Chase is like clockwork with the quarterly 5%, and we max both Freedom cards every year with it. At 10%, and the ability to transfer to partners, this is like 20-30% off of amazon. That's about as free money as you're gonna get.
