The official advice is to set your watch to your destination time as you set off, then plan your timetable accordingly. In reality it usually works out differently. I would say do as your body tells you. If you're tired, sleep. If not, there is a bar on the A380 where you can socialise, stretch your legs etc. After flying to Australia from UK many times ( in economy) and dreading the flight every time, we also have splashed out and booked business class in Jan, spending the kids inheritance ��This time we are actually looking forward to it ( but may think differently when we get there after 24 hr flight). Mostly, I would say, just relax & enjoy yourselves.
