Boston is one of those cities whose hotels give many visitors a major case of sticker shock. Bunk beds in a multi person hostel room can go U$90 at certain times of year. Boston is pretty compact, and either the T or a taxi can get you to the airport. Use Priceline to see if you can find a lower hotel rate anywhere in town. U$130 before tax would be considered a bargain. Inquire of John Jeffries and Oasis, two of the less expensive properties of decent quality in town. And there's always advice at
